If you have an aqs file loaded from the relay it is possible to get the modbus map by opening the aqs file in AQtivate. Once opened go to Tools > Communication > Modbus map. There you can save the Modbus map into a txt file.

This txt file can be opened in Excel in table form. When opening the file choose "All files" and then choose the txt file. 

Choose delimited and move to next page. There choose "Tab" as the delimiter and then click "Finish"

Now the txt file has been transformed into table form.
