Retrieving DR files from AQ200 series with other client than Aqtivate

FTP

DR files can be downloaded using standard ftp client.


Note the following:

Username: ftp

Password: ftp

Root dir: the DR files are stored in /ftp/records directory.

IEC61850 transfer file

DR files can be downloaded using IEC61850 client.

Note that the DR files are stored in ftp/records directory.
 

If there are problems retrieving DR files using IEC61850 client, check the following:

Is File service enabled in the cid-file? <FileHandling/> must be present under Services. If not it is possible that the device firmware needs to be upgraded.

‘ftp’ or ‘ftp/records’ directory is not visible in root dir? Ask Arcteq support for help. Issue can be solved using script file.
