Setting up power factor measurement as a mA output signal to meter

To set up mA output signal from AQ-200 IED to signal the power factor tanfi value needs to be used instead. As an example if power factor range of -0.5...1...0.5 needs to be sent as a mA signal to a meter it is not possible to use power factor directly because of how its range between the two end points work. Instead using tanfi with the range of -1.75...1.75 will result in mA message which is properly signaled to a PF meter.
