Troubleshooting not being able to load disturbance recordings from the relay

If the disturbance recorder function has recordings in memory but clicking Disturbance recorder > Get DR files results in No more DR files to get message check the user defined Device name and Device location in General-menu. If either of those have any special characters, remove them and try loading the DR files again.

If loading is still not working, contact Arcteq Support for more help.
